I first developed an interest in film through conceptual art theory and practice classes while at Haverford College.
Most of the films I have created thus far have been experimental shorts, with the exception of two documentary shorts. I have worked with 16mm film, digital stills, iPhone footage, and camcorders.
Past thematic interests have included communication and alienation (both personal and societal) as well as aesthetic and physical violence.
I am currently working on a final cut of unsteady waters, a film examining the dual nature of water to support and threaten human and non-human life.
